Contact before visiting
Confirm visiting arrangements and animal availability directly. Some rescues use foster homes, appointments, or a mailing address rather than a public shelter.
About this organization
A Naperville shelter providing dog and cat adoptions and foster care for the western Chicago suburbs and beyond.
How adoption works
Review available pets and complete a dog or cat application. Adopters must be 21 or older and provide a driver's license or state ID plus proof of current address. Contact the shelter to arrange a visit.
Meeting the animals
Monday–Friday visits for cats and dogs are by appointment, with walk-ins only when staffing permits. Weekend cat walk-ins are welcome noon–4 pm; dog walk-ins depend on staffing, so appointments are recommended. Animal interactions end 15 minutes before closing. Confirm holiday availability.
