How adoption works
Apply online or through the shelter office and allow about a week for review. Approved applicants schedule a household meeting; resident dogs should attend a dog introduction. Adopters must be 21 or older, live within 60 minutes, show ID and establish housing permission. Dog adoption includes an in-home visit.
Meeting the animals
